Checker Game

How to Play Checkers:

1. Checkers is played on an 8x8 board with alternating dark and light squares.
2. Each player starts with 12 pieces on the three rows closest to them.
3. Pieces can only move diagonally forward. They can capture an opponent's piece by jumping over it diagonally to an empty square.
4. If a piece reaches the last row on the opponent's side, it becomes a "king" and can move diagonally backwards.
5. The game is won by capturing all of your opponent's pieces or by blocking them so they cannot move.
